Here's what to expect once your order is placed:
You will receive an order confirmation email or a text message (or both) depending of the notification method you choose.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or text message with the tracking number. Please click on the "Track Shipment" link within the email to receive the most up-to-date shipping information.
Optional: After clicking the "Track Shipment" link, you can also sign up for delivery updates through Text or Facebook Messenger.
- Alternatively, you can check the status of your shipment on the order status page we send you by email or if you know your tracking number go directly to Track Your Order.
How can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
You have 30 minutes to cancel an order. Please, send us a message in the message box with the number of your order and reason to cancel. Also, you can send us an email to email@example.com with the subject cancel my order. The order can't be cancel after fulfill or ship.
Why is my order arriving in multiple shipments?
We make every effort to ship your items together. However, there are times that we may have to divide your order into multiple shipments. Common reasons for dividing an order are:
- Item availability.
- Shipping from different fulfillment centers.
- Shipping direct from the vendor.
If your order has to be divided, we will send you a confirmation email advising you of:
- The different tracking numbers for each item.
